fix: 改进 notifier 包的错误处理和连接复用
- notifier.go: Send 使用 errors.Join 收集所有通道的错误，不再丢弃中间错误
- bark.go/gotify.go/webhook.go: 响应体在关闭前先 drain，确保 HTTP 连接可复用

fix: 修复 modem 包的健壮性问题
- modem.go: DBus 属性的裸类型断言改为安全的 comma-ok 模式，避免 panic
- messaging.go: Subscribe 中增加 sig 的 nil 检查，防止 channel 关闭时 panic
- sms.go: 时区解析改用正则表达式，正确处理 +05:30 等半小时偏移时区
- manager.go: Modems() 中 NewModem 失败时记录警告日志
