西风逍遥游andCursor eabc7ffaaa fix(test): discover test sources via test_src.txt instead of CONFIGURE_DEPENDS ...

Keep auto-adding test/*.cpp without Ninja glob restacking. Make reconfigures when a test file is newer than the list.
