feat(agents): add Pi CLIProxyAPI provider integration
- Add Pi detection and launch support - Install the CLIProxyAPI provider extension through Pi - Sync EasyCLIProxyAPI base URL and API key to Pi configuration - Add Pi agent UI, translations, documentation, and tests
