lzt404 a79140b8d2 fix(quota): prevent overflow with responsive credential cards

- Remove the redundant page title and table headings
- Adapt card columns to the available content width
- Compact quota details and prevent controls from overlapping
- Add layout regression coverage for 11 viewport configurations

Fixes #342
