- Allow resets when applicable credits are zero or a previous reset failed
- Remove applicable-credit details from the confirmation and obsolete tooltips
- Keep the existing in-app dialog and require explicit confirmation before submitting
- Update regression tests for cancellation, confirmation, and retries
