- Replaced direct usage of MODELS_PATH with getModelsPath() in ModelService and VectorModelDownloadService.
- Updated LanceDbCore and SqliteCore to use getLanceDbPath() and getSqliteDbPath() respectively.
- Refactored WorkspaceKnowledgeCache to utilize getUserDataPath().
- Introduced new utility functions in paths.ts for better path management.
- Updated various tests to reflect changes in path handling.
- Enhanced file change tracking in terminal tests to ensure isolation between runs.
- Added unit tests for file change run scope functionality.
