hy b5bb0e221b refactor: reorganize test fixtures and update references ...

- Moved test fixtures from `tests/fixtures/workspace` to `tests/fixtures/backend` for better structure and clarity.
- Updated all references in test cases to point to the new fixture paths.
- Removed obsolete fixture generation scripts for Excel and DOCX files.
- Enforced read-only constraints on fixture files, ensuring tests do not modify them directly.
- Added new binary files for backend fixtures to support ongoing tests.
