README 改为与 QuotaBar 统一的版式

- 顶部居中 Logo、同配色徽章（版本、下载、星标、最近提交、提交频率、CI、macOS、许可证）
- 中英文两份 README，最近更新由 CHANGELOG.md 生成，附提交活跃度热力图与星标历史
- 新增 CHANGELOG.md、ARCHITECTURE.md、MIT LICENSE、Scripts/sync_changelog.py、CI 工作流
- README 图片移到 Assets/readme
