Acelogic 8f9eeb5ba2 docs: say --edp-backlight brightness arrives in the swaps ...

RUNNING.md no longer says BrightnessControl writes brightness-nits to
the service (WindowServer's sandbox refuses that): the service lets
WindowServer bind the panel's framebuffer, CoreBrightness's nits
arrive in the swaps as on a DCP Mac, and the kext logs "SET <level>
from swap".
