Centralize route lookup, progress fencing, reconnect scheduling, and authentication continuation while retaining channel-specific teardown and persistence policies.
Validate architecture boundaries, authentication, reconnect, routing, and new regression coverage. The full macOS suite had two timing failures; both passed focused reruns.
