rpone 76a2e1cb6e fix(examples): the firmware comes from the official archive 
The template names the [firmware.image] table (url, SHA-256, MD5, bytes of the
official fastboot archive) and the preflight chain that downloads it, retains
the named inputs, deletes the archive and generates the package binaries; no
extracted firmware lives in a repository.

rpone bb3c767cd0 fix(examples): the template action carries the complete tool set 
The tools step mirrors the sheng action: dtc, llvm, lld, cmake, mtools and the
ipsw tap, asserted before the build. The firmware checkout comes with its
submodules; the firmware volume builds from them.

rpone a885256c53 feat(examples): the device template carries the packaging script and action 
- scripts/package.sh: the shared script, identical to templates/package.sh.
- .github/workflows/package.yml: the packaging action of the device repository,
  with the firmware checkout as the value to replace.
- board.toml: [package] unixnu, [package.defconfig], and the commented shapes of
  firmware preflight, [bootimg] dtb and an os_override with its remove list.
- AGENTS.md, README.md: the one-command build replaces the per-step command list.

bluseliu50 fc6c83ae05 feat(examples): mark the example device and refuse to build it 
board.toml gains example = true. status shows [EXAMPLE], and build and
bootimg stop with a message, so a copied sample is never built by
accident.

UniXNU Docs 09f9e651c2 docs(examples): add an example device repository 
A generic board.toml, defconfig, feeds.toml and local.toml.example that
the driver accepts as it is. Board specific files live in the device
repositories.
