bluseliu50 8b6a0f5fe1 fix(xnu): accept work interval instance operations ...

The audio server starts, updates and finishes an interval on every IO
cycle through work interval operations 6, 7 and 8. The kernel refused
them with ENOTSUP, so each cycle logged a workgroup failure from the
real-time IO thread. With no performance controller to report to, they
now succeed.
