fix: 修复反复开关设置窗口后白屏，降低内存占用
- 关闭硬件加速和 Windows 窗口遮挡检测，避免合成器不出图导致整窗白屏
- 设置窗口用 ready-to-show 显示，底色与页面一致；加载中重复点击不再提前亮出空窗口
- 渲染进程崩溃或无响应时自动重建窗口
- 关闭拼写检查，退出时中止未完成的请求
- 修正 setConfig 里 warmup 只在改开机启动时才执行的缩进错误
- 打包只带中英文语言包

fix: 设置页脚本因重复声明 xt 整体加载失败（服务商选不了、所有设置不生效）
- settings.js 的局部变量改名为 api，避开 contextBridge 暴露的不可重声明全局 xt
- dev-mock 按 contextBridge 的方式定义 xt，浏览器预览也能暴露同类问题
- 加测试：渲染脚本禁止在顶层声明 xt
- 版本 0.1.2

微软免费接口不再走已经 404 的 Edge auth，改为读取 Bing 翻译页上的短期 token。
