feat(viewport): implement viewport saving and restoration functionality

- Added viewport saving with debounce to prevent excessive saves during panning and zooming.
- Implemented viewport restoration on component mount and visibility change.
- Enhanced WorkspaceService to support waiting for initialization before proceeding with operations.
- Updated Wrapper component to handle viewport changes and apply them accordingly.
This improves user experience by ensuring viewport state is preserved across sessions and interactions.
