- Changed all instances of `http://localhost:4200` to `http://localhost:7200` across multiple documentation files, including CODEBUDDY.md, GEMINI.md, README_en.md, and various specs.
- Ensured consistency in development server instructions and debugging documentation to reflect the new port configuration.
