Improve downloader reliability and add caching
- Add process-level caching for expensive API calls: login tokens (Afreecatv, Douyin), encryption keys (Douyu), room IDs (Douyu, Huya)
- Implement Huya mini-app API option (huya_mobile_api) with WUP protocol support for getCdnTokenInfoEx
- Add cdn_fallback for Huya with health checks and protocol negotiation
- Improve Bilibili stream selection with protocol fallback (hls_fmp4→stream) and qn-based grouping
- Fix Twitch auth token invalidation handling and improve cookie file management
- Refactor YouTube entry selection with proper playlist recursion and date filtering
- Add retry logic for network failures (Douyu betard) and improve error recovery
- Share WBI signer state across Bilibili check_stream calls to respect 2-hour key cache interval
- Always pass --download-archive for YouTube (including live) to prevent post-stream duplicates
- Add field aliases (inke: live_name, kilakila: backPic) and fix Niconico suffix (flv→ts)
