Migrates the YY plugin from Python to Rust, implementing it under crates/biliup-cli/src/server/core/plugin/yy.rs and registering it in the service register. Removes the old Python plugin. Refactors downloader instantiation logic into DownloadPlugin, and updates header construction utility. Updates CLI and README to clarify the --auth option. Cleans up duplicate code in stream-gears and synchronizes workspace version numbers.
