Removed legacy Python backend modules, database models, and related utilities from the biliup package. Migrated configuration and main loop handling to use stream_gears bindings, simplifying the codebase and shifting backend responsibilities to the Rust implementation. Updated the login page to support registration and login via the new API, and adjusted frontend API base export. Update Cargo.toml Update Cargo.lock
