cg33andClaude 59a08dd512 fix(kimi): remove CLI dependency from unit tests (#647) (#677) ...

Construct Agent structs directly instead of calling New() for tests
that only exercise setters, permission modes, providers, memory,
and models. Only TestAgentNew and TestAgentStartSession still
require the kimi CLI on PATH (guarded by skipUnlessKimiAvailable).

Closes #647
