Claude 84d4f9067d feat(dingtalk): implement FileSender for file attachments ...

Add SendFile() using DingTalk oToMessages API with sampleFile msgKey.
Follows the same uploadMedia + batchSend pattern as SendImage.

Closes #284 (partial — DingTalk file sending)
