Claude ec446f4786 test: improve core coverage and fix flaky cursor test ...

- core/engine_test.go: Add tests for AddPlatform, GetAgent,
  ClearCommands, AddCommand, AddAlias, estimateTokens
- agent/cursor: Increase timeout from 5s to 30s for real CLI tests
  and add SKIP_REAL_AGENT_CLI env var for CI environments
