Claude 5409f8aece test(core): add coverage for session key extraction, i18n detection, cron ...

- Add TestExtractSessionKeyParts testing extractPlatformName,
  extractChannelID, extractUserID with various session key formats
- Add TestSessionManager_StorePath for SessionManager.StorePath getter
- Add TestDetectLanguage, TestIsChinese, TestIsJapanese for language
  detection functions in i18n
- Add TestCronStore_MarkRun and TestCronStore_ListByProject for
  additional cron store coverage
- Fix TestEngine_SetUserRoles by removing incorrect isAdmin assertion
  (isAdmin checks adminFrom config, not UserRoleManager)
- Fix duplicate TestEngine_ClearAliases function that was causing
  compilation failure
