Claude 0a35b285b3 refactor(npm): improve version parsing and comparison logic

Enhanced parseVersion to better handle pre-release tags and numbers. Improved isNewerOrEqual to properly compare pre-release versions by tag and number. Updated both install.js and run.js consistently.
