- Enhanced formatTOML to also strip trailing whitespace per line,
  collapse consecutive blank lines, and trim leading blank lines
- writeRawConfig now applies formatTOML before writing, so every
  config save path produces consistently formatted output
- Added `cc-connect config` subcommand group:
  - `config format` (alias: `fmt`) — format the config file in place
  - `config example` — print annotated config example
  - `config path` — print resolved config file path
- Old `config-example` subcommand kept for backwards compatibility
- Added FormatConfigFile() with TOML validation before writing
- Added tests for formatTOML and FormatConfigFile
