Claude 8378eb7cee fix(gemini): save attachments to workspace so CLI tools can access them ...

Images and files were saved to /tmp which is outside Gemini CLI's
workspace sandbox, causing "file not found" when the agent tried to
read them. Now saves to workDir/.cc-connect/attachments/ (consistent
with the claudecode adapter) and provides explicit paths in the prompt.
