Claude 5f81ec49c2 merge: resolve conflicts with main branch ...

Merge github/main into feature/add_web_admin_v2.
- Go backend files auto-merged cleanly
- All web/ conflicts resolved by keeping feature branch version
  (feature branch has the latest, most complete web admin)
- Remove Logs.tsx brought in from main (no backend endpoint)
- Fix go.sum checksum for BurntSushi/toml
