When resolve_mentions is enabled in feishu platform options, outgoing
messages are scanned for @displayName and replaced with native Feishu
at tags by reverse-matching against the group member list.

- New config option: resolve_mentions (default false)
- Lazy-load group members via chat members API with 1h cache TTL
- Match names longest-first to avoid partial matches
- Auto-select at syntax based on message type (text vs card)
- No special markup needed — just @name in natural text
