shenghui kevin 997c2d8f6b fix: only override http.Transport when proxy is configured ...

An empty http.Transport{} loses Go's default TLS settings, causing
NewBotAPIWithClient to hang on the initial getMe call. Only set a
custom transport when a proxy URL is actually provided.
