ConverSun 3a0ab9dd51 fix(feishu): fall back to post format when markdown has >5 tables (#290) ...

Feishu interactive cards support at most 5 table components.
When the agent response contains more than 5 markdown tables,
buildReplyContent now falls back to post (md tag) format instead
of card format, preventing API error 11310 (card table number
over limit).

Add countMarkdownTables helper and corresponding tests.
