Claude f70b98f6d5 fix(core): restore /quiet command removed by PR #462 ...

The /quiet slash command was a frequently used user-facing feature
that was accidentally removed when thinking/tool visibility was
split into separate config items. Restore it as a toggle that
flips both ThinkingMessages and ToolMessages together, persisting
the change via displaySaveFunc. Also restores /quiet in the help
card listing.
