CCandCigarrr dab7cc6d8e feat(core): replace /btw with /ps as builtin command (#620) ...

- Register /ps in builtinCommands with proper help card entry
- Implement cmdPs() following cmdStop() pattern using interactiveKeyForSessionKey
- Add MsgPsSent, MsgPsSendFailed, MsgPsEmpty, MsgPsNoSession i18n (5 languages)
- Remove isBtwCommand/matchBtwPrefix and mid-TryLock btw injection block
- Update MsgPreviousProcessing to reference /ps instead of /btw
- Update Slack app manifest slash command

Closes #619
