feat: codeagent-wrapper 支持 ROLE_FILE 动态注入提示词

核心功能:
- 新增 injectRoleFile() 函数，自动读取 ROLE_FILE 指定的文件
- 支持 ~/ 路径展开为用户主目录
- 在所有 stdin 读取场景自动注入（单任务模式 + 并行模式）

使用方式:

- package.json (1.1.3 → 1.2.0)

解决问题:
✅ 用户反馈：提示词文件已安装但找不到
✅ 原因：命令模板期望动态注入，但未实现
✅ 现在：完全支持 ROLE_FILE 动态注入
