installer-mcp.ts (678→462):
- Extract configureMcpInClaude() shared pipeline, eliminates 3x duplication
- Extract mirrorCcgServers() + formatSyncMessage() for sync dedup
- installAceTool/installAceToolRs/installFastContext now thin wrappers

installer.ts — decompose installWorkflows (290-line monolith → 6 sub-functions):
- installCommandFiles, installAgentFiles, installPromptFiles
- installSkillFiles, installRuleFiles, installBinaryFile
- Shared InstallContext interface passes state between steps

Total: 1926→1724 lines (-202), dist 215→212 kB (-3 kB)

Extract from monolithic installer.ts:
- installer-data.ts: command registry + workflow configs (381 lines)
- installer-template.ts: template variable injection + path utils (158 lines)
- installer-mcp.ts: MCP install/uninstall/sync functions (678 lines)
- installer-prompt.ts: fast-context prompt injection (125 lines)

All re-exports preserved in installer.ts — zero consumer changes.
Fixes: stale comments, order collisions, dead code removal.

- Change `|| exit 1` to `|| true` — non-matching commands now silently pass
- Add `2>/dev/null` to jq — suppress stderr when jq is missing
- Auto-migrate: upgrade replaces old `exit 1` hooks with fixed version

Fixes: PreToolUse hook "failed with non-blocking status code 1" warning
that fired on every Bash command not containing "codeagent-wrapper"

修复:
- npm 全局安装用户本地工作流版本过旧时，update 错误推荐
  `npm install -g`（包已最新），导致死循环。修正 performUpdate
  的 isNewVersion 参数仅依赖 hasUpdate。

测试 (+92):
- version.test.ts: compareVersions 全场景 + 回归用例
- config.test.ts: createDefaultConfig/Routing 纯函数
- platform.test.ts: 平台检测、getMcpCommand、路径分隔符
- installer.test.ts: 注册表一致性、路由/liteMode 注入、
  模板变量完整性、contextweaver E2E、卸载 E2E、
  二进制安装、prompts 安装

Claude 9328ac6da2 test: add installWorkflows E2E tests; fix hardcoded MCP ref in team-plan.md 
Add E2E integration tests that call installWorkflows() with
mcpProvider='skip' and 'ace-tool', then verify all generated command
and agent files for correct MCP tool handling.

The E2E tests uncovered a hardcoded `mcp__ace-tool__search_context`
in team-plan.md (line 19) that was not using the {{MCP_SEARCH_TOOL}}
template variable, causing it to survive template processing in skip
mode. Fixed by replacing with the proper template variable.

39 tests now pass (29 unit + 10 E2E).

Claude 68347e4a82 fix: handle MCP 'skip' provider in processTemplate to prevent invalid tool injection 
When users select 'skip' (no MCP) during installation, the
injectConfigVariables function previously fell through to the else
branch, injecting non-existent `mcp__ace-tool__search_context` into
all 14 templates and 2 agent definitions.

This adds a dedicated 'skip' branch with a 4-stage replacement
strategy:
1. Remove MCP tool from agent frontmatter tools declarations
2. Replace code blocks containing MCP invocations with Glob+Grep
   fallback guidance
3. Replace inline backtick references with `Glob + Grep`（MCP 未配置）
4. Safety net for any remaining bare references

Also introduces vitest and adds 29 test cases covering skip,
contextweaver, ace-tool providers, plus integration tests against
all real templates.

li 5917ce25db fix: 修复 ace-tool-rs 安装时显示"跳过"的问题 (v1.7.44) 
问题：
- 选择 ace-tool-rs 并输入 Token 后，安装摘要错误显示"MCP工具跳过"
- 用户明确选择不跳过 Token 配置，但系统误报跳过状态

根本原因：
- Line 179: 摘要显示条件只检查 mcpProvider === 'ace-tool'，遗漏 ace-tool-rs
- Line 389: MCP 资源提示条件判断有同样问题

修复方案：
- 统一为 (mcpProvider === 'ace-tool' || mcpProvider === 'ace-tool-rs')
- 使用 mcpProvider 变量动态显示正确的工具名称

影响：
- ✅ ace-tool-rs 安装状态正确显示
- ✅ 配置成功时显示绿色 "ace-tool-rs"
- ✅ 待配置时显示黄色 "ace-tool-rs (待配置)"
- ✅ 真正跳过时才显示灰色 "跳过"

- 当本地版本低于当前包版本时，默认选项改为"是"
- 显示"本地工作流版本"让用户清楚知道当前状态

- 用户通过 `npm install -g` 全局安装后，存在双重路径问题
- 卸载显示成功但命令仍可用（只删除了工作流文件，npm 包未移除）
- 更新显示成功但版本号不变（只更新了工作流文件，命令入口仍指向旧版本）

**核心修复**：
1. 新增 checkIfGlobalInstall() 函数检测 npm 全局安装
2. 更新功能：检测到全局安装时引导用户使用 npm 更新
3. 卸载功能：提示两步卸载流程，避免困惑

3. Windows npx 缓存问题
   - update 命令在 Windows 上自动清理 npx 缓存

## 核心问题
更新工作流时使用 `config?.workflows?.installed`，导致只更新已安装的命令，
新增的命令（如 /ccg:enhance）不会被安装。

## 修复方案
- 使用 getAllCommandIds() 获取所有 15 个命令
- 更新配置文件的 installed 列表为所有当前命令
- 确保更新时会安装所有新增命令

## 测试
- 现在更新会安装全部 15 个命令（包括 enhance）
- 配置文件会同步更新

- 修改 server.go 的 openBrowser 函数
- 将 `cmd /c start` 改为 `rundll32 url.dll,FileProtocolHandler`

## 更新工作流逻辑优化
- 修改 update.ts 的更新流程
- 即使版本相同也允许重新安装
- 新增步骤：先下载最新包 → 删除旧工作流 → 安装新工作流
- 优化提示信息，明确显示更新流程

## 重新构建
- 重新编译所有 6 个平台的 codeagent-wrapper 二进制文件
- 包含 Windows 浏览器修复

- ✂️ 精简命令：从 17 个减少到 14 个
  - 删除 think（与 analyze 重叠）

li a2df905002 perf: 优化 dev 阶段 2，硬编码 codex/gemini 减少 token 消耗 
- 阶段 2 从调用 4 个模型减少到 2 个（codex + gemini）
- 删除动态获取模型的 jq 逻辑，直接硬编码
- dev.md 从 6.8kB 优化到 6.3kB（节省 500 字节）
- 避免不必要的重复调用（所有模型都使用 analyzer.md）
