refactor: extract copyMdTemplates helper + getBinaryName lookup + thin uninstall wrappers
- installer.ts: extract copyMdTemplates() — DRYs agents/prompts/rules install
(3 functions share read→process→write pattern, now delegate to shared helper)
- installer.ts: extract getBinaryName() — replaces 14-line if/else platform chain
with 3-line lookup table (adding new platform = 1 entry)
- installer-mcp.ts: uninstallContextWeaver/uninstallFastContext now delegate to
generic uninstallMcpServer (identical logic, was duplicated)
- dist: 208 kB → 206 kB
