fix: 修复 Codex API 客户端认证问题 (v1.3.6)
- 添加 CODEX_DISABLE_SKIP_GIT_CHECK 环境变量开关
- 允许用户禁用 --skip-git-repo-check 参数解决 403 认证错误
- 更新所有平台二进制文件 (darwin-amd64/arm64, linux-amd64, windows-amd64)
- 在 README 添加完整的 Codex 认证问题故障排除指南
修复问题:
- 部分用户使用 codeagent-wrapper 调用 Codex 时报错 "Client not allowed"
- 直接调用 codex CLI 正常，但通过 wrapper 调用失败
- 原因: --skip-git-repo-check 参数触发不同的认证逻辑
解决方案:
- 设置 export CODEX_DISABLE_SKIP_GIT_CHECK=true 即可解决
- 默认行为保持不变，向后兼容
