modified: script/clashctl.sh
修改了script/clashctl.sh中的clashupdate函数，当未提供有效链接的时候，使用resource/config.yaml作为配置文件。
因为有些梯子提供的链接下载下来是base64编码的，这种情况下不方便更新配置。现在可以使用从其他clash客户端下载的config.yaml作为配置文件，使用clashupdate函数来更新配置。
