bowenliang123 90a699c611 feat(client): keep the file title row on one line when it fits ...

Drop the forced chip row: the title, the tally and the chips share one line
whenever they fit and fold naturally when they don't; only the phone-width chip
fold keeps its reserved height. The README screenshot is refreshed to the
one-row layout.
