bowenliang123 7ce259384f feat(overview): lead Context Insights with a full-width KPI metrics band ...

The panel's first row is now the range's six KPI figures in one
full-width line, lifted out of the insight column; the aggregate Token
and Timing Stats pair moves below it, and the 3:7 body keeps the
activity heatmap and the preferences entry beside the session column.
The band folds 6 -> 3x2 at 1000px of container and 2x3 at 640px, so no
cell ever ellipsizes its figure.
