bowenliang123 c3c6015a95 feat: step-level cache hit rate on the step detail line ...

Drop the heuristic estimate from the step header; show the provider-reported
cache-hit share of the billed prompt (cacheRead / prompt, truncated to two
decimals) instead. The host folds each request's cacheReadTokens into its
record (stateVersion 9); the stats board reuses the same formula via a shared
format helper.
