Review follow-up to 2ce42f6: "~30% off the coverage gate" reads as a
pass/fail claim, and the file count next to it rots as specs are added. The
comment now names the measured runtime and keeps only the two facts that
cannot be read off the config: the per-worker environment an amortized ~30%
buys, and why the pool stays client-only.
