Remove assertion restatements, act narrations and decorative section
markers; keep fixture math, harness-gotcha rationale and slot maps.
Fix stale comments: ctxSlots maps (trendMode shift), a dangling fixture
fragment, and the cardRig 'expanded via header' claim.
