bowenliang123 3d4267ffc6 feat: pin the Context browser to the History chart's locked bar ...

Clicking a bar in the History chart locks its step; the browser's step
picker now follows that pin, and unpinning returns the browser to the
live surface (with the same accordion reset as a manual pick). Hovering
another bar still previews transiently over the pin.
