Bowen Liang ba586e18f7 test(src): annotate evidence-backed dead branches for strict v8 coverage ...

Every annotation carries its evidence inline (guard dominance chains,
the 8:1 aspect clamp making the wide-solve arm unreachable, a
500k-dimension fuzz with zero hits). browser.tsx also drops two
redundant `?? null` in JSX render positions — undefined and null
render identically.
