本软件不是开源软件。当前分支也不是 MIT。
|
|
|
|
未经我书面授权，不得复制、修改、再分发、出售、出租、白标或公开提供源码。

|
一、你可以做的
|
|
1. 把已经拿到的安装包，装在你自己的电脑上，给你自己用。
|
|
2. 按我仓库里的文档做本机评测。这不包含把本软件交给别人当收费货。
|
|
|
|
二、你不能做的
|
|
1. 把本软件、改装箱、提示词或衍生作品拿去卖、卖课、卖 token、直播间交货。
|
|
2. 改名、去署名、冒充作者或「官方」。
|
|
3. 把源码或核心实现公开到别的仓库、网盘、频道（我自己的频道除外）。
|
|
4. 未经我书面授权做 OEM、白标、托管服务。
|
|
|
|
三、商业授权
|
|
需要再分发、售卖、白标、培训交付或做成产品卖给第三方的，先找我买授权。
|
|

四、旧版本
|
|
换成本许可之前、曾经以 MIT 发布的 Git tag 和 tarball，仍按当时那份 MIT。那些拷贝我收不回来。但不署名、冒充作者，我照样追究。当前分支不再附带 MIT 文本。

|
|
|
五、闭源安排
|
|
2026年10月26日（含）前，仓库还公开，作为七天征集。
|
|
2026年10月27日起我转为闭源，GitHub 不再发布新版本。
|
|
此后新版本只在 https://t.me/LLM_PoJia/271 发布。
|
|
|
|
六、免责
|
|
本软件按现状提供，我不作任何保证。使用后果你自己承担。
|
|
许可被违反时立即终止，须停止使用并销毁拷贝。
|
|
|
|
Proprietary commercial license. All rights reserved. This is not MIT.
|
|
Personal install of a copy you already have is allowed. Resale, courses,
|
|
white-label, and public source redistribution are not. Older MIT tags stay
|
|
under the MIT text they shipped with. After 2026-10-27 this project is
|
|
closed-source; new builds ship only at https://t.me/LLM_PoJia/271 .
