原路径 ~/.openclaw/EasiestClaw-desktop/settings.json 在 OpenClaw
目录内，不是标准 Windows 数据目录，且卸载时无法被 NSIS 脚本清理。
迁移到 app.getPath('userData')（%AppData%\EasiestClaw\settings.json），
与其他运行时文件（.openclaw-version / .device-identity.json / .firewall-rule-added）
统一存放，卸载时随 AppData 目录一起清除。
同步移除已无用的 SETTINGS_DIR_NAME 常量（branding.ts / apply-branding.mjs / app.config.mjs）。
