tianma-if 7d5d7272e8 fix(desktop): wait for the macOS app signature before signing the extension 
The osx-sign callback returns before signing finishes, so the share
extension signature raced the main app signature.

tianma-if 3e95eb31b1 fix(desktop): sign the share extension before macOS notarization 
electron-builder skips PlugIns and notarizes before afterSign, so the
extension kept its ad-hoc signature. Sign it with Developer ID, a
timestamp, and the hardened runtime first.
