tianma-if 17f10968a7 fix(api): allow packaged desktop origin in CORS ...

v1.63.0 moved the packaged renderer from file:// (Origin null) to
edgeever-app://app. Instance CORS still only allowed local Vite and
null, so desktop login failed as network_unreachable.
