gui: the Japanese "RTK can't be given to {agent}" has the English string's placeholders again

4c170cba's ja text had a third {agent} where the English has two, which
gui-ja's placeholder check fails on. The installer sentence now says
"そのための" instead. The check gui-ja/gui-de run (same marks as the
English key for every zh key) finds 1 mismatch on origin/main and 0
with the change.
