agent: Command Code — its model picked in magpie like any agent's; a model through magpie adds magpie as a keyless provider in ~/.commandcode/providers.json with the catalog as its models, and sets settings.json's model to magpie/<provider>/<model>; its own models stay as they are, and default takes magpie's entry out; Command Code still wants its own sign-in (#32)
