Can K.andCan Kirca c64d2df9c9 Fill the missing strings in every locale catalog (#142 )

The catalogs had fallen behind English (Drive, scheduling, seats, password reset
mail and more), which also made the catalog parity test fail on main. Add the
missing keys to all 32 non-English catalogs, with the plural forms each language
needs for the new count strings.
